We aim to respond within two business days. For account-specific issues (a listing that was rejected, a report you submitted, a payment dispute with another user), please include your account email and, if relevant, the listing reference number so we can find it quickly.

Australia Motors is an advertising platform. We can help with issues on the platform itself, but we are not a party to any sale and cannot resolve disputes between a buyer and a seller directly — see our safety guide for how to protect yourself when buying or selling.
