About Australia Motors

Australia Motors is a free marketplace for buying and selling cars, motorbikes and bicycles across Australia.

We built it around three ideas: listing should be free, search should be fast, and the information on a listing should be honest. There are no subscription fees for private sellers, no pay-to-list charges, and no "featured" placements that bury everyone else's cars below a wall of ads.

Anyone can search and browse without an account. Creating a free account lets you save searches, get notified about new matches, message sellers directly, and save listings to compare later. Dealers can apply for a dealer account to get a public storefront page and bulk-list their stock.

What we are not - We do not own, inspect, certify or guarantee any vehicle listed on the site. - We are not a party to any sale — the contract is always between the buyer and the seller. - We do not hold or transfer funds between buyers and sellers.

Every new account goes through a review step before its first listing goes live, and every listing is checked by a moderator before it appears publicly. If something looks wrong with a listing, you can report it directly from the listing page.
